Human PBMCs were stained with PE Anti-Human CD45RO antibody (#136-18138, solid line), or mouse IgG isotype control (dashed line). CD3 positive cells were gated.
Description
CD7 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, also referred to as gp40. It is expressed on thymocytes, T cells, pre-B cells, and NK cells. Co-stimulating of CD7 induces cytokine secretion and modulate cellular adhesion. Crosslinking of CD7 induces transmembrane calcium flux in T cells.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
Storage / Stability
Store at 2 °C ~ 8 °C, protected from prolonged light exposure. DO NOT FREEZE.
