Human PBMCs were stained with either Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD7 primary antibody (#136-00138, blue histogram), or mouse IgG isotype control (gray histogram), followed by anti-mouse IgG/IgM RayBright® Blue 488 secondary antibody.
Description
CD7 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, also referred to as gp40. It is expressed on thymocytes, T cells, pre-B cells, and NK cells. Co-stimulating of CD7 induces cytokine secretion and modulate cellular adhesion. Crosslinking of CD7 induces transmembrane calcium flux in T cells.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use 5 µl per 106 cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer.
Storage / Stability
Store at 4°C if intended for use within one month. Otherwise, store at -20°C to -80°C.
