CD11c, also known as αX integrin, CR4, and p150, is a 150 kDa glycoprotein. The mouse CD11c antigen is expressed on dendritic cells, macrophages and a subset of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL). It is reported to be weakly expressed on NK cells, B cells, and some activated T cells. CD11c is widely used as a pan-dendritic cell marker.
