Description
Mpox (previously known as "monkeypox") is a rare zoonosis caused by mpox virus, which has become the most serious orthpoxvirus and consists of complex double stranded D. The cases are mostly in central and western Africa. The pathogenesis of mpox is that the virus invades the body from respiratory mucosa , multiplies in lymphocytes, and incurs into blood producing transient venereal toxemia. After the virus multiplies in cells, the cells can invade the blood and propagate to the skin of the whole body, causing lesions. E8L can Binds to chondroitin sulfate on the cell surface to provide virion attachment to target cell.
Storage
The antibody is stable for at least 1 year from the date of receipt when stored at -20°C to -70°C. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquotted and stored at 4°C for 1 month or at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer for many months without detectable loss activity. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
