Great productWe recently purchased two mouse Leptin ELM kits and used one so far. we used 5 ul of mouse plasma for the measurement. The mice fed with high fat high sucrose diet and normal chow diet for 12 weeks were used. The leptin level ranged from 2 ng/ml up to 800 ng/ml.
