ELISA for plasma samplesWe used this kit for TIMP-1 detection in pancreatic human plasma samples. Overall, the calibration and sensitivity of the assay meet the expectations, maybe too sensitive for therecommended dilution range. Therefore, we had to dilute the samples much more than recommended (500x dilution) to avoid signal saturation. So, dilution optimization may be required before running higher number of samples.
