Great productI am validating proteomics results from serum with several ELISAs. This kit recommends a 2 fold dilution- that did not work for me at all. I needed to use straight serum for this assay to work. It was interesting that any dilution caused the values to come up blank. I would plan to validate with no dilution in your assay.
