The HACD2 (3-Hydroxyacyl-CoA Dehydratase 2) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with HACD2 include Unilateral Focal Polymicrogyria and Spinocerebellar Ataxia.The encoded protein localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
Typical Data
IHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded tumor tissue. Antibody Rabbit Anti-Human HACD2 (CD-20) 131-0169 was used at a dilution of 1/2000 followed by mouse and rabbit IgG (ready to use) polymerization using HRP polymer, counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat-mediated antigen retrieval was performed using Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 before starting IHC staining (40X). Immunofluorescence staining of rabbit Anti-human HACD2(CD-20) antibody in MCF-7 and HepG2 cells. Incubate with rabbit anti-human HACD2(CD-20) (131-0169) polyclonal antibody (1:150) overnight at 37°C. Cells were stained with Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, 20X).
