CD45RO is a splice variant of tyrosine phosphatase CD45, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein. It is used to subdivide T cell populations based on their expression. The CD45RO isoform is expressed on activated and memory T cells, some B cell subsets, activated monocytes/macrophages, and granulocytes. It has also been reported to bind galectin-1 and CD22.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use 5 µl per 106 cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer.
