Human PBMCs were stained with either Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD11c primary antibody (#136-00137, blue histogram), or mouse IgG isotype control (gray histogram), followed by anti-mouse IgG/IgM RayBright® Blue 488 secondary antibody. Monocytes were gated.
Description
CD11c is a transmembrane glycoprotein, also referred to as integrin alpha X or complement receptor type 4 (CR4). CD11c reacts with an epitope on the α (150-kDa) chain of the CD11c/CD18 antigen complex. CD11c antigen is presented on monocytes, granulocytes and NK cells in peripheral blood.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use 5 µl per 106 cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer.
Storage / Stability
Store at 4°C if intended for use within one month. Otherwise, store at -20°C to -80°C.
