This kit was used to detect signs of inflammation from rabbit BAL. Although we weren't able to get much signal, the kit was very intuitive to use and the standard curve works great!

We used this ELISA kit for detecting IL-1B in rabbit empyema and hemothorax pleural fluids as well. Moreover, we generated data which was consistent and reliable with this kit.

The standard was easy to make and the protocol was easy to follow. Because rabbit ELISAs are hard to find it's good to know that there is a kit that works for us. We used this kit for plasma and other fluids.

Reliable, useful and reproducible data. For our samples, we didn't find good kits in recent times and this kit really helped and saved lot of time. Simple protocol with a lot less instructions to follow. 2.5 hours of sample and standard incubation time could be less. Overall, happy with this kit and in fact, suggested this kit to my other fellow researchers!!!
