Great productI used this kit on human patient ascites samples. The results were consistent with previous analysis on a cytokine array and I was pleased with the results. My only complaint is the protocol is not written very clearly. Specifically, the assay diluent (item E2) needs to be diluted 5-fold prior to use. I have used several RaybioTech ELISAs before and this was the first one that required the buffer to be diluted first. That in and of itself wouldn't be an issue, however, the item names are "Item E" for the 1x buffer and "Item E2" for the 5x buffer. Since I was used to using the kits that have 1x buffer, I missed the dilution step and ruined the entire assay. The customer service representative was a life saver, she responded extremely quickly and had a free replacement kit in the mail the next day. Overall, I am pleased with the product but do wish the protocols were clearer and the item names were more specific to avoid confusion.

Great productI am extremely happy with the results obtained using this kit. I used it before in many studies to measure the cytokine in the supernatant. You might need to try different concentrations to get the best results.from Florida A&M University,
