Great productWorks well, though I wish it was a bit more sensitive. The lowest two standards weren't detectable in my hands. The protocol is easy to use, although not as clearly written as it should be. It is generally a poor choice to label kit components with multiple letters. For example, Diluent A (item D) and Diluent B (item E). Clearly labelled components and well written manuals greatly reduce human error.from University of New Mexico,
