Advantages of Phosphoflow cytometry over other assays:

  • Single Cell Resolution: Since the analysis on the cytometer is individual cells, one at a time, you get single cell data on every cell that passes through.   • Multiplexing: Since flow cytometers can measure anywhere from 1 to 20+ fluorochromes at a time, multiple antibodies with different fluorophors can be used simultaneously.
