Great productExcellent kit will all needed reagents included.8 well strips allow you to customize the number of assays you have to run at one time. Be aware the rack the strips snap into weakens over time and the strips will start falling out after 2-3 uses.Linear standard curve makes calculations easy.Assay takes 5 hours, plus time for reagent additions and washes, so figure it will take about 6.5 hours to complete, if you do everything manually.Very specific to SDF1b (CXCL12b). I tried all 5 variants and there was very little cross reactivity.
